ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accredited According to ISO 8655 Standards 

Single Channel and Multi Channel Pipette Calibration

Our team of experts provides thorough and reliable Single Channel Pipette Calibration to support your laboratory operations. Our comprehensive multi-channel pipette calibration process includes thorough testing and adjustments to ensure optimal functionality and precision. Our technicians at Z Calibration are highly trained to ensure that all pipette parts are clean. We believe that cleaning the pipette is the most crucial step in the process. Once the cleaning process is complete, we replace all seals for single-channel pipettes with a Seal and O-ring mechanism. After that, we adjust and calibrate the pipettes. We offer free repair services for most minor issues to our customers. Additionally, we provide a Calibration Certificate for an extra fee if requested.

Analytic Balance Calibration

Our Analytic Balance Calibration service ensures the accuracy and precision of your analytical balances, maintaining reliable measurement results. Calibration involves testing the balance using standardized weights and making adjustments to correct any deviations from the expected results. This process helps to ensure that measurements are accurate and consistent, which is important in many fields such as chemistry, physics, and manufacturing. Cleaning is also included at no extra fee

Pipette and Balance Repair

At Z Calibration, we offer on-site repair services for minor issues with pipettes and balances. Our goal is to provide you with peace of mind and allow you to focus on your work, rather than dealing with lengthy paperwork and shipping processes. We only charge for replacement parts, with no additional labor costs. We aim to make your work as smooth and efficient as possible.

ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accredited According to ISO 8655 Standards 

Level I- Basic Pipette Calibration Service

Our Level I- Basic Pipette Calibration service includes a comprehensive inspection and calibration of your pipettes to guarantee precise and dependable performance. The service consists of cleaning, replacement of seals/o-rings, lubrication, and leak tests. We perform pipette calibration according to ISO 8655 standards using 4 low, mid, and high levels, and the results are not documented.

Level II- Pipette Calibration Service

Level I Service + As Left Calibration Certificate of 4 samples at Low/High. The sample size can be tailored to meet the specific requirements and expectations of the laboratories. We perform pipette calibration according to ISO 8655 standards. Results are documented. A sample certificate is available upon request.

Level III- Pipette Calibration Service

Level I Service + As Found/ As Left Calibration Certificate of 4 samples at Low/High. The sample size can be tailored to meet the specific requirements and expectations of the laboratories. We perform pipette calibration according to ISO 8655 standards. Results are documented. A sample certificate is available upon request.
